Location
The Vistalmar is conveniently located! It's close to Oranjestad, and is also close to outdoor attractions including beaches, Arikok National Park, and other places to swim, hike, or explore nature. For details, click here to open a customized Google Map in a new window.
The Vistalmar is located only 5 minutes from the airport, on a quiet dead-end street along the southwest shore. Your hosts at the Vistalmar will provide complimentary transportation to and from the airport. Even with the airport nearby, the area is generally quiet. The airport runways are east-west, therefore flight paths do not go directly over the Vistalmar which is south of the airport. Also, the Aruba airport has only a few flights per hour during the day and no scheduled flights most nights.
Directions from Airport to the Vistalmar

From the airport exit (which is on the north side), turn right towards San Nicolas, following the "General Aviation" signs.

Turn right at the first road, towards the village of Simeon Antonio.

At Budget Rent-A-Car, turn right and then turn left at the next intersection.

Continue until you reach a T-intersection, and turn right.

Look for the Vistalmar apartments on the right, at 28 Bucutiweg.
Cab drivers will find the location if you tell the driver to go to head towards the Bucuti Yacht club or Marandi restaurant, located on the same street as the Vistalmar.
