- The rate includes up to two adults, or two adults with minor children. Additional adults are $10 per person per night.

For the above daily rates, the minimum stay is four nights. For a shorter stay, add $40.00 for the first night.
Villa

For the three-bedroom/two-bath home, the standard (non-holiday) rate is $1800 per week for first week and $1400 for second week. Additional days are $170 per day. Arrival and departure dates are flexible with minium stay of one week.

Rate includes up to six adults. Additional adults are $10 per person per night.
Other Rate Information

Rent a car with the apartment or villa for $25 per day or $100 per week. Cars are older American cars such as Cavalier or Lumina.

There are no additional fees other than 7.5% government tax.
- The deposit is $200 per week for an apartment and $400 per week for the villa. In case of emergency changes to plans, the deposit is transferrable or partially refundable.
